1. Where do you ship?
We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping options and delivery times are shown at checkout.
2. How long does shipping take?
● Domestic: 4–7 business days
● International: 7–21 business days
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your delivery in real time
4. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 20 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
6. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
We’re sorry! Please email support@worldofilu.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it quickly
7. Do you restock sold-out items?

8. Do you offer custom or made-to-order pieces?
Currently, we only sell ready-made physical clothing. However, stay tuned — we may offer customization in the future.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Email us ASAP at
support@worldofilu.com.
10. Do you collect emails for marketing?
Yes — but only if you opt in. We respect your inbox and only send updates, new launches, and exclusive offers.
