SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Shipping Locations:
We ship domestically and internationally.

3. Estimated Delivery Times:
● Domestic (India): 8-10 business days
● International: We are still working on that!

4. Shipping Costs:
Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. Free shipping offers may apply on qualifying orders.

5. Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

1. Return Eligibility:
● You may return an item within 20 days of delivery.
● Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
● Sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

2. Return Process:
● Email us at support@worldofilu.com with your order number and reason for return.
● We’ll send return instructions and shipping address.

3. Return Shipping:
● Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was defective or incorrect).
● We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds:
● Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
● Allow 5–10 business days for processing.

5. Exchanges:
● We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
● Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for exchange.
